The Flywheel Effect is designed to help partners recognize the significance of bribes. This lays the foundation for collaboration in which the benefits of the system are utilized effectively.
There are different approaches to achieving this effect, which can also be combined:
Relocking of Emission: Our tokenomics is crafted to assist partners in augmenting their voting power. Through the continual re-locking of emissions, you not only contribute to price stability but also enhance flexibility in your own revenue processes. Protocol-Owned Liquidity will be a prerequisite.
Weekly Bribes: The correlation is such that the higher the bribes, the greater the votes received, leading to increased emissions and Pool APR. This brings about several advantages, including a larger holder base, heightened swaps / volume / fees and ideally, a potential increase in price.
More Rewards: Through the combination of weekly bribes and the relocking of emissions, protocols can adeptly tailor their revenue to meet their specific needs. They leverage emissions and bribes to generate fees, resulting in more rewards, higher revenue, and an increased appeal for voters to participate in that pool or engage with the partner protocol.
By taking these factors into account and conducting calculations, it becomes feasible to ensure a reasonable Return on Investment (ROI) for protocols.
A bribe serves as an additional incentive or voting reward intended to attract voters to specific gauges. While anyone can create a bribe, it is primarily recommended for partner protocols. Users are not required to create a bribe to earn bribe rewards; these rewards are distributed through the voting process. Payments for bribe rewards are made to all users who voted for any gauge that offered bribes during the last epoch. Below is a visual representation outlining the specific steps required to earn them:
Visit our Website and go to the Pool Section.
Click on Vote Section and select the gauge you want by clicking Add Bribe.
Choose which token you want to add as bribe (available options are previously whitelisted by Keller's team) and introduce how much of it you want to add.
Click on Add Bribe and confirm the transaction.
In essence, the process operates as follows:
