## **Acknowledgement of Terms & Conditions of access**

The use of the Keller website, services, dApp, or application is governed by the following terms and conditions. By proceeding and interacting with the protocol, I acknowledge my awareness of these terms and accept them in full:

Keller is a smart contract protocol in the alpha stage of launch. Despite undergoing multiple security reviews on the smart contracts, I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with using the Keller protocol and its associated functions.

I understand that any interactions I have with the Keller protocol apps, smart contracts, or related functions may expose my funds to risk. Therefore, I release the Keller protocol, its contributors, team members, and service providers from any and all liability associated with my use of the aforementioned functions.

I confirm that I am lawfully permitted to access this site and utilize the Keller application functions. Additionally, I assert that I am not in violation of any laws governing my jurisdiction of residence or citizenship.
