$veKELL holders receive a rebase proportional to epoch LP emissions and the ratio of $veKELL to $KELL supply, thus reducing vote power dilution for $veKELL.
The weekly rebase amount is calculated with the following formula:
(veKELL.totalSupply ÷ KELL.totalsupply)³ × 0.5 × Emissions
$veKELL supply and rebase do not affect weekly LP emissions.
